Cvillesweats, LLC, d/b/a Sweatset (“Sweatset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at www.sweatsetcville.com and the Sweatset booking and messaging services (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By creating an account, booking a session, opting in to text or email messages, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) to run the site, to understand how visitors find us, and to measure our advertising. This section describes each of these.
Our home, schedule, purchase, and account pages load the Google tag (gtag.js), provided by Google LLC, for our Google Ads account. When you visit one of these pages, the tag lets Google record the visit so we can measure how our ads perform and show ads to people who have visited our site. When you complete a purchase in the booking widget on our site, we also send Google a “conversion” event containing the order total, the currency, and the order number, so Google Ads can report which ads led to a purchase. We do not send your name, email address, or payment details to Google through this tag.
Google may set and read its own cookies on your browser and may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page you visited, and whether you arrived by clicking one of our ads. We also run a simple analytics tool of our own. It does not use cookies. Instead, it stores two small items in your browser’s local storage:
With each page view, the tool sends our server the page address, the referring page, the visitor ID, the marketing source information above, whether you arrived from a Google or Meta ad click, and whether you are on a mobile or desktop device. We do not store your IP address with these records.
Class booking, purchases, and account sign-in on our site happen in an embedded widget provided by our booking platform, Mariana Tek. When you create an account or sign in through that widget, our site receives your Mariana Tek account ID and email address, and we store them together with your visitor ID and how you found us. When you complete a purchase, we store the order details together with that same information. We keep your Mariana Tek account ID in your browser’s local storage so the site can recognize you after a booking and offer to add the class to your calendar.

Sweatset is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and health-related information you provide through a waiver or intake form is not medical treatment data. We collect it solely to assess suitability for participation in physical activities (infrared-heated classes, sauna, and cold plunge) and to respond appropriately in an emergency. We limit access to this information to personnel who need it for safety purposes and do not use it for marketing.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age without parental consent.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above.
