Cvillesweats, LLC, d/b/a Sweatset (“Sweatset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at
www.sweatsetcville.com and the Sweatset booking and messaging
services (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we
use and share it, and the choices you have. By creating an account, booking a session, opting in to text or
email messages, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as
described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, and profile details you provide when you register or book.
- Booking and payment information: class or session bookings, purchase history, and payment details. Payment card data is collected and processed by our booking and payment provider(s); we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Health and liability waiver information: if you complete a health screening, liability waiver, or intake form, we may collect medical conditions, injuries, allergies, physical limitations, or emergency contact details you choose to disclose. This information is collected solely to help us provide services safely and is kept confidential — see Section 6.
- Text messaging (SMS) opt-in: if you opt in to receive text messages from Sweatset, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record for that purpose.
- Communications: messages you send us, customer support requests, and your marketing preferences.

- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and interaction data on our website and booking platform.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account and process bookings and payments;
- Send appointment/booking confirmations, reminders, and account-related communications;
- Send marketing emails and text messages where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time (Section 7);
- Maintain the health and safety of participants and staff, consistent with the purpose for which health/waiver information was collected;
- Analyze usage to improve the website and our offerings;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to send you the messages described in our
Terms of Service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can
control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features of the Services.
6. Health Information & Liability Waivers
Sweatset is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and health-related information you provide through a waiver or
intake form is not medical treatment data. We collect it solely to assess suitability for participation in
physical activities (infrared-heated classes, sauna, and cold plunge) and to respond appropriately in an
emergency. We limit access to this information to personnel who need it for safety purposes and do not use it
for marketing.
7. Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or START to rejoin. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe via the link in any email.
- Access, correction, deletion: contact us at info@sweatsetcville.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under that age without parental consent.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No
method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
